The YMCA of the Triangle Area Swim Team (YOTA) has had a strong presence and tradition in the Triangle’s competitive swimming community for over 35 years. The YMCA is committed to offering a quality, year-round swim team with emphasis on teaching the value of competition through teamwork, sportsmanship and doing one’s best. The YOTA program strives to offer a well-rounded, values-centered program for every member, from the youngest and newest members to our veteran senior swimmers. It is our goal to be the best swim team in the Triangle Area and to set the standard for competitive swimming in North Carolina!

Dominick leaves Saturday (November 7th) to compete with the US National Youth Team at the Stockholm and Berlin stops of the World Cup. Lots of Olympic athletes (Michael Phelps included) will be making this trip. Good luck Dom! We all know you will represent YOTA well!!

YOTA NIGHT AT KASTAWAY ON SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 28TH!! Please come out to Kastaway on Saturday, November 28th to get some swim equipment and Holiday shopping. We will get a percentage of everything sold that day!!
